Pocket Puzzles: Offline Games for Android · Last updated: 24 October 2026
In short
- There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
- Your game progress is stored on your own device.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID.
- The app sends crash reports and anonymous usage statistics through Google Firebase, so that we can fix problems and improve the games.
- If you buy "Remove Ads", Google Play handles the payment. We never see your card or bank details.
1. Who we are
Pocket Puzzles: Offline Games ("Pocket Puzzles") is published by PixelWin Labs, India ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or about your data, write to pixelwinlabs@gmail.com.
2. What the app stores on your device
The app saves the following on your device only, so that you can continue where you left off:
- your progress in each game (levels, stars, scores, saved games);
- your coins, daily rewards, missions and trophies;
- the themes, avatars and frames you have unlocked in the Collection, and the ones you use;
- whether you have bought "Remove Ads", so that it also works without a connection;
- your settings (sound, vibration, colour theme) and the player name you may type in. The name is optional, is only shown inside the app, and is not sent to us;
- a short list of recent errors ("Problem reports" in Settings), which you can read, copy or clear.
We do not operate servers that receive this information.
3. Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional videos you choose to watch for a reward, such as coins or a second chance; others are full-screen ads that may appear after you win a level, at most once every few minutes. To show and measure ads, Google collects and processes:
- the advertising ID of your device;
- your IP address, which indicates your approximate location (country or region);
- device information such as model, operating system version and language;
- how you interact with the ads (shown, watched, tapped).
Depending on your choices and where you live, Google may use this to show personalised ads. In regions where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice later. Google describes its use of this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in its privacy policy.
If you buy "Remove Ads", the app no longer shows you ads, and the rewards that would need a video are given without one. The advertising software remains part of the app.
4. Purchases
You can buy "Remove Ads" inside the app. The purchase is made through Google Play's billing system: Google collects and processes your payment details under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service, and we never receive your card number, bank details, name or address.
From Google Play the app receives only a confirmation of the purchase: which product was bought, an order and purchase reference, and whether the payment is complete, pending or refunded. Each time the app starts it asks Google Play whether the purchase is still owned by the Google account on the device, so that it is restored after a reinstall or on a new phone, and withdrawn if it was refunded. Google Play may send us order reports (order reference, product, price, country and status) for our accounts and tax records.
5. Checking the date
So that daily rewards and missions follow the real calendar day, the app asks a Google server for the current date when it starts and when you return to it. The request contains no information about you or your game; like any connection to the internet it shows your IP address to that server. Without a connection the app uses your device's own date.
6. Crash reports and usage statistics
The app uses two Google Firebase services:
- Firebase Crashlytics sends a report when the app crashes or hits an error: what went wrong, the app version, the device model and operating system version, and an installation identifier. We use it only to find and fix problems.
- Google Analytics for Firebase records anonymous usage events: for example that the app was opened, which game was opened, that a level was finished with a number of stars, and that an item of the Collection was unlocked. It also records general device information, the country derived from your IP address, and an app-instance identifier. We use it to understand which games are played and where players get stuck.
These reports do not contain your player name. Google processes this data on our behalf; see firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
7. Children
Pocket Puzzles is meant for adults: it is for players aged 18 or older and is not directed at children (anyone under 18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and personal information about them was collected, contact us and we will delete what we can and ask our service providers to do the same.
8. Backup
If backup is switched on in your device's Google settings, your saved progress and settings may be included in your device's own Google backup and restored when you reinstall the app or move to a new phone. That backup is kept in your Google account, not by us.
9. Your choices
- Advertising ID: in your device's settings (Google › Ads) you can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation.
- Consent: where a consent form was shown, you can change your answer from the same form.
- Remove Ads: purchases are managed and refunded through Google Play (Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Budget and order history), under Google Play's refund policies.
- Delete data on your device: clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes your progress and settings from the device.
- Questions and requests: to ask about, or request deletion of, crash and usage data linked to your installation, write to us at the address above.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law, such as access, correction, deletion or objection. We will respond to such requests.
10. How long data is kept
Crash reports are kept for about 90 days. Usage statistics are kept in aggregated form; event data tied to an installation identifier is kept for up to 14 months. Purchase records are kept by Google Play, and order reports for as long as tax law requires. Data held by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's own policies.
11. Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's update notes.
