Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the mobile apps and games published by PixelWin Labs, India ("we", "us", "our"), including Pocket Puzzles: Offline Games, and to this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher. The Services are not meant for children, and you may not use them on behalf of a child.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the apps or any part of them;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it;
• cheat, use bots, or modify the apps or their saved data to gain an advantage or rewards — this includes changing your device's date or time to collect daily rewards again;
• interfere with ads, for example by tapping ads you are not interested in or using tools that fake ad views;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Virtual items

Our apps may include virtual items such as coins, rewards, stars, levels, and themes, avatars or frames that you unlock. Coins and other virtual items are earned by playing, collecting rewards or watching optional ads; they cannot be bought with real money. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred or sold. They are a licence to use a feature of the app, not property. Virtual items are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall an app, clear its data or change devices, and we may change or remove them as our apps develop.

5. In-app purchases

Some of our apps offer optional purchases, such as "Remove Ads" in Pocket Puzzles. Purchases are made through Google Play, at the price shown in the app before you confirm, and are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Payment, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google under Google Play's policies; to ask for a refund, use Google Play or write to us.

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that stays with the Google account it was bought with. It stops the ads in that app; rewards that would otherwise need you to watch a video are given without one. It does not include coins or other virtual items, and the parts of the app that do not involve ads stay as they are. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use "Restore purchase" in the app's settings while signed in to the same Google account. A purchase that is refunded or charged back is withdrawn. If we ever stop offering an app, a purchase cannot be carried over to another app.

6. Internet connection

The games in our apps can be played without an internet connection. Ads, ad rewards, purchases, restoring a purchase, crash reports and the check of the current date need one; without a connection those parts are not available.

7. Advertising and third-party services

Our apps may show ads and use services provided by third parties, such as Google AdMob and Google Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of third-party websites you reach through them. How information is handled is explained in our Privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including their code, graphics, sounds, text and names, belong to PixelWin Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than the licence in section 3.

9. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering any app or feature at any time, and some updates may be needed to keep using an app. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device.

10. Health

Our games contain bright colours, quick animations and flashing effects. If you have epilepsy or are sensitive to light, consult a doctor before playing, and stop playing if you feel unwell. Take regular breaks.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixelWin Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending your use

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our apps. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
